Vivosmart not syncing since yesterday

Is anyone else having trouble syncing their device ? I use a Vivosmart and have not been able to sync my steps since early 16th morning. Have tried both the PC and the IPhone6 without any success. Have sent emails to Garmin but no response yet from them.

    Try this:

    1. Delete the VS form the bluetooth devices list in iOS and in Connect Mobile.
    2. Then close Connect Mobile.
    3. Initiate the bluetooth pairing on the Vivo and then start Connect Mobile to finish the pairing by entering the pairing code.

    Hope that helps ... if not, try a factory reset of the Vivosmart, but that means loss of so far unsynced data.

    iPhone 6s Vivosmart HR+ connection problems.

    I am having issues with my new Vivosmart HR Plus staying connected with my iPhone 6s after upgrading to iOS 10. I hope that it's just the initial roll out of iOS 10. I have faith that it will soon be fixed, but it is frustrating.

    Many customers reported WiFi and Bluetooth issues. The usual recommendation is to reset iOS network settings. Similar issues happened, when iOS 8 & 9 were released, but there Apple had to fix it. I vaguely remember, that iOS 8 needed three updates until WiFi issues were fully fixed.

    That is one of the reasons, why I NEVER install a new OS before reading user reports, checking app compatibility and waiting at least for the first update. My last update was from iOS 8.4 to 9.3 because of app incompatibilities, which now forces me again to wait with the iOS 10 upgrade.
