Is there any solution for this problem? or is it just another bug in the mobile app?
If you want action then you need to contact Garmin Support. Do not rely on moderators for that function. That is not their role, although some might have access to Garmin tech staff.
I am not sure if this side of the forums (GCM) is not visited by Garmin employees but I do hope they are reading everything.
