No lactate threshold info in GC mobile app

When I exchange my FR630 for a FR735XT lactate threshold info disappeared from GC iOS mobile app. I have old lactate values from my 630 on GC web. Today I did a guided lactate test and received a new value on watch and GC web but lactate info is still missing in mobile app. see pictures:

Is there any solution for this problem? or is it just another bug in the mobile app?

  • If you want action then you need to contact Garmin Support. Do not rely on moderators for that function. That is not their role, although some might have access to Garmin tech staff.

Not true. On the 735xt forum I posted a bug and within 10 days: a Garmin moderator picked it up, forwarded it to the dev team, updated the firmware and posted it back to the forum:

I am not sure if this side of the forums (GCM) is not visited by Garmin employees but I do hope they are reading everything.

We appreciate the discussion on this topic and I apologize for the silence on my end. There have been some changes made on the back end that should resolve this for users and all Performance Stats should display. Please take a look in the app and reply back if you are still not able to see the missing information. Thank you.
  • It's working for me now, thanks

Thanks for the update @GFM1011 but I have to say it is crazy how long we had to go without this basic functionality that sets apart this $500 running watch.

Please, please, *please* you guys take care of testing and validation before releases!

As someone else mentioned, I am also having the issue of not being able to see Lactate Threshold on my iPhone. I can see it on the app on my iPad though. First, I made sure i was using the most current version of the app, and that didn't fix it. I then deleted the app from my phone, and then reinstalled it, and I still cannot see LT on my phone. The only thing that shows up is VO2Max. I can review it on my Fenix3 HR with no issues. Is frurstrating that I can't see it in the app.

Update: so I just checked, and now I can't see LT on either device. Effin frustrating!!

We are still investigating why some users are still not able to view the LT on the mobile app. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
