No Sync Now button

iPhone 6+ with Garmin Connect, new Edge 520 running 7.10.
BT & BLE successfully connected to iPhone.
Connect say Edge 520 connected.

Don't have a Sync Now button but instead a grey circle with a question mark.
When I press question mark, I just the attached screen shot.

I would delete the Edge from the devices list in Connect and make sure, it also vanished in the phone's Bluetooth settings. Then pair again through Connect.
