Please add RHR to the My Day snapshot

Can we please have resting heart rate (RHR) added to the My Day snapshot.

Can we also have RHR shown in the daily heart rate list in "Health Stats”->"All Day Heart Rate”. Currently the HR list only shows min/max for each day, and your weekly average RHR. A 7 day average is kind of meaningless when you’re using RHR to estimate your body’s response to a hard training session the previous day (or two), or to see if you’re getting sick.
  • While it doesn't provide the same sort of at-a-glance convenience, the numeric RHR is shown for each day when you tap on a day in the list on which the minimums and maximums are shown, if what you want is information on your body's response and whether you're getting sick; and if you just want to see the trend and any bumps in it, that's visible on the 7-day graph as the light blue line.

Yes, of course. That's what's currently there.

I'm asking for them to put the RHR values in the list next to the min/max so you can see the RHR trend numerically. There's no way meaningful way to read this off the 7 day graph since the scale is so wide and you can't trace across with your finger to see the values. And having to flick through each day is an unnecessary number of interactions and just annoying.

Furthermore, i'm asking if they can add this to the My Day snapshot so we don't have to go through 3 menus/presses to see the 7 day RHR trend information (or 2 to get to the daily).

I'd say that RHR is one of the 3 main reasons why most people would want a Garmin with HR, the other 2 being HR during an activity, and daily calorie estimate. There's no reason why this information shouldn't be more up-front and digestible.
  • Daily heartrate as a snapshot would be awesome. Hope Garmin will add this.

Agreed, coming from a FitBit it's pretty annoying to wade through menus to get this.
