Notifications and Insights

I am getting Insights as notifications ... an they are hardly insightful ... more irritations really.

I want to turn them off but cannot see how to do it!

I can turn off all notifications from Garmin connect within iOS ... but I cannot work out what other notifications that I might miss.

Other than 'Insight', what else does Garmin Connect use notifications for? Can I simply stop Connect from using notifications?

In Connect (website), if you go to Insights, there's a gear wheel icon in the upper right corner, where you can completely deactivate Insights. That should do the trick, if you find Insights completely…

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but did you happen to find a way to turn them off?

I don't need a half-assed, clueless coach, I just want a tracker. I get nothing out of the insights and they are very annoying.
