No 'contacts' or 'incident detection' option?

I've just got a Garmin 820 and trying to set up contacts/incident detection and it's saying that it needs to be set up in Garmin Connect Mobile. I don't see any option in the IOS version, although when I try android it's there?

I have the same problem. I am unable to find the incident detection app on the garmin mobile app on my iphone.

Incident detection

Same here, unable to find incident detection in Garmin connect (iOS).
It used to be present.

Hi Garmin-Joey,
This was posted four years ago, but as of today 11-Sept-2020 I have the same issue. As Garmin worked on a fix for Its user ?
Or do I need to take the long road of uninstalling e=and reinstalling…

After four years this issue still remains. Incident detection is missing from iphone Connect app and from Fenix 5 watch on January 2021.

Agreed- this is ridiculous. I have an 830 and it's one of the main reasons I got it. Garmin-- what is going on?

OK-- I just updated to version 7.00 and it works now.

I see incident detection in the IOS app. Under "more" (bottom right) then safety and tracking, then incident detection & assistance.
