I have already reported the issue about this three times directly on the "Help section" on the App.
Since June the 17th I am not able to see the activity sync from my vivofit 2 with the app.
I wear my HR strap and start the activity and I can see is working since see the HR monitoring on my vivofit 2.
Then when I finish the activity I stop it, and I sync with the app, when I do so the sync works, I see the total active calories but there is no activity tracked. Therefore I cannot check the HR in the stats in the app.
This is really annoying, seriously, I use the vivofit because I do a lot of gym workouts and I choose the one with the HR strap band just for this reason and to monitor my activities.
Does anyone have the same issue? Also I tried to and delete and re-install the app, but didn't work either.
I'd like to get at least an answer, since the Garmin customer service didn't reply to any of my request, and I would expect this issue to be resolved since is going on for early one month now.
