Made a workout on garmin site.
Tried to upload it to my Connect app on my iPhone, but button turns to 'no entry' when moving my cursor above it.
my iPhone is paired to my computer running on windows 10.

who can help?

  • I didn't realise there is a cursor in either Garmin Connect Mobile app for iOS, or Safari browser on iOS for that matter. I haven't seen it on my iPad Air (running iOS 9.3.2 and Garmin Connect Mobile 3.7.0.7).

I certainly have no trouble ">‑235 using the iPad">creating and uploading a workout to my connected Forerunner‑235 using the iPad. I can even create and save a new workout in Safari on my Mac, then click on ‘Send to Device’, and then get it transferred to the watch upon next wireless sync with the iPad.

Need a bit more explanation here. The workouts I create on Garmin Connect online are synced to Garmin Connect Mobile on my iPhone. I do not have to send them there.

To send them to my connected device from my iPhone I just tap the icon in the top right corner of the workout view screen.

    What are you doing?

    Thanks for replying!
What I'm doing is trying to get some sense from confusion. ;)

The mistake I made is installing Mobile Connect on my computer as well as on my iPhone...
    but that is solved..
The problem is my workout does not automatically upload to Connect Mobile on my phone.
thats why I tried the 'send' button (with my pointer of course, not a cursor).

Could it be my Mobile Connect is not connected to my Garmin account properly?
