Hello!

I have iPhone 6S (9.3.2) and latest Garmin Connect (3.7.0.7) on my phone.
I'm using Edge 520 with LiveTracker. It worked well a couple of weeks, but now I'm getting this error after 5-15 minutes when I have started my exercise: "The activity is not yet complete, but the tracking session has ended." And LiveTracker has stopped.

Any hints how to fix this please?

  • Many people with iOS have reported LiveTrack issues with the latest Garmin Connect for iPhone.

    In my case, I see exactly what you describe. Then, even when the activity is complete, I have trouble getting the Auto Upload through Bluetooth...
  • Same issue by here.
    iPhone 5s with last iOS, edge 1000 with latest fw (8.3) and latest GCM.
    As I said in the edge 1000 thread, it's an iOS app fail.

    Garmin fix it please!

    Here it is October, 2016, and I am still having this problem.

    Here it is October, 2016, and I am still having this problem. In my case it is with a Garmin Oregon 700 and an iPhone 6.

    Garmin, please be warned: I'm going to bring this up in my Amazon review!!

    I have checked all the correct buttons for the Connect ap in my Android and also in my mini iPad 4. I start and then end the sporting session by pressing the required button on the monitor. I go to my Facebook page on my device and see a post, with a world map, but therein lies a tag with the following message "The activity is not yet complete, but the tracking session has ended". I am stuck. It appears that this functionality is jinxed. Is it?
