How can I configure apps on an iphone if I dont have a PC

Hi, I only have access to a work pc, which is locked down and I cant install the express software.
This might not be the correct group, but I couldnt find any instructions on how to configure apps through connect on a iphone.

Any suggestions that could help? I can access iphone and ipad - just no express on PC, only connect

    • Scroll up and tap on ‘Garmin Devices’.
    • Tap on the device on which the Connect‑IQ apps in question are installed.
    • Tap on ‘Connect‑IQ™ Apps’.
    • Tap on the class of Connect‑IQ app in question. (For example, if you want to configure the heart rate zone settings for Strava Live Suffer Score, then you tap on ‘Data Fields’.)
    • Tap on the name of the Connect‑IQ app in question.
    • Tap on ‘Settings’ (which would only appear if the app has one or more user-configurable settings).
