Backfilling Legacy data from my fitness pal

New to Garmin and bought a VivoactiveHR few days ago so watch & Connect a bit new experience.
I see I can link to my fitness pal, which is great and it does.

Been using my fitness pal for past 6 months, it seems that data before the time I paired the VivoactiveHR and connect are not imported.

Simple question is how to back fill Connect with past data?

My accounts will not even connect... I wish they would. It says it is disconnected and when I reconnect it will not show up where it shows all the apps that are connected.
