Sync error resulting in a days data not being uploaded/sync'd

Hi there

Hoping someone can help. I sync'd my vivofit to the Garmin Connect IOS app, but the sync failed. I tried to sync again, but nothing uploaded which means I have lost a day's worth of activity. Is there any way to get the vivofit to sync to get that day's activity into Garmin Connect? I have plugged my iPhone into my pc to see if I can find the .fit files, or any files that the app may create. But can't find anything. I have installed Garmin Express and tried syncing through my computer, but I can't get it to sync the data for the day that is missing. Is there any way to find the data for the day's activity that didn't upload?

I have the sync report, if that helps?
