My steps are not appearing in Snapshots on GC for iOS and have not since last Friday. A sync is successful yet no steps register. The current steps do show properly in the My Day page. Called customer support at Garmin and was advised that they are aware of this but have no estimate on a fix. Am I the only one with this problem. I am beyond frustrated with constant technical issues with my Vivofit an Connect👎
I just discovered this issue today, no sync data on the Daily Summary for 4/25. GC web dash board does show the step data from yesterday, but once I click into the full page view there is no detail progress data. And the stepsI have done yesterday does not show on the Lead Board I have with my personal group. Fix?
Mines doing the same but only on random days.I did over 34,000 steps on Sunday 24th and it hasn't registered them(which is quite disheartening) and yesterday's(26th) haven't registered.My activities still aren't showing a full scale of my daily activities and the walking part of the app is blank although I walk every day.Getting bit fed up of it now!!!!

I feel your pain. Garmin does not care if this ever gets fixed! I'm sick and tired of their complete and utter incompetence. All they do is pee on your foot and tell you that it's raining. My steps aren't showing in My Connections or Last Seven Days either. It looks to my connections as though I'm not walking. Should have got a Fitbit.

same issue with fenix 3 - no steps for 25th or 26th april. it's very annoying!
It appears that I'm back to normal effective a few minutes ago. That being said, 4 full days of lost step data. Averages messed up Daily, Weekly, monthly and yearly). Totally ruined data. I questioned customer service on this very thing and was assured that once their problem was fixed everything would come back. Liars! All my hard work wrecked and they could care less. I feel an anti Garmin Social Media Blitz may be in my future. Very upset!
