HELP! Garmin will only display garminconnect.com/vivosmart!

My garmin did not track anything since yesterday afternoon. It would not display anything, so I charged it (even though I had just charged it and that shouldn't have been the problem). When it finished charging, the display as garminconnect.com/vivosmart and will not display anything else. That stayed on until the battery ran down again. I recharged it again, but that display keeps coming up...I'm assuming until the battery runs down again.

I've looked at the FAQ section and other forum posts, but can't seem to figure it out. Any ideas??

That is what you see until you initially setup the device in Express. Then it should be replaced by the normal functionality. Is it setup in Express? Once it is, you should be good to go.

I got it for Christmas and it has been working fine. It last recorded steps Thursday afternoon. I was busy and didn't check it until Thursday night when I discovered it was dead and the website comes up when I charge it. What do I do to start over (I guess that's what you're saying) and why did it do that??

I think a call to support is probably in your future. When you put it in the charging clip, can you get into USB mode with a long press? If so, maybe you can find a corrupted file on the vs.
