I think I have a communication problem between myself and Garmin Europe Product Support, because I talk about a problem in displaying the data and they answer about a lack of synchronization situation.
I will try to explain to you my problem:
1. Since March 27th I’m experiencing problems on Garmin Connect and Garmin Connect Mobile for iOS;
2. March 27th was the date when the hour changed due to universal summer time;
3. Due to that, all data on Garmin Connect for that day is not showing (steps, calories, intensity minutes, and sleep). On that day I can only see an Activity that I did (Run);
4. From that day forward, all data on Garmin Connect Mobile for iOS is not displaying correctly, has shown for steps;
5. But, strangely on Garmin Connect Mobile for Android the same information is being displayed correctly;
6. I have an iPhone 6s with the last version of iOS updated correctly;
7. I already uninstalled the app on iOS , but the problem remains on iOS;
8. I’ve changed my time zone recently due to a trip to Europe, and on a different time zone all information was correctly displayed on iOS. But when I returned home the information was gone again.
What could be the problem? Has anyone had the same problems? I don't want to contact Garmin Europe Product Support, because I feel they are teasing me only.
