I can't upload large fenix 2 activity files to the iOS version of Connect Mobile. To upload them, I have to connect the fenix 2 using the USB cable to my PC and use Express. They upload successfully when I do this.
I notice on the fenix 2 that the affected files, the large ones, do not have a "-Run" or "-Trail Run" activity type description at the end of the date/timestamp named activity file. It's just blank. That is 2016-03-27-16-04-46.fit instead of 2016-03-27-16-04-46-Trail Run.fit.
It's been like this for as long as I can remember. It's irritating but not a show-stopper. I've been assuming at some point there would be a fenix 2 or a iOS Connect Mobile fix for this. But alas - nothing has appeared.
Does anyone know anything about this or how to fix it?
