Garmin edge 25 won't do route from Garmin connect

Trying to use my edge 25 to follow route made on Garmin connect website. Once loaded onto edge 25, I can see the route, it will load the route to show as a map, I can get route details but as soon as I try to do route the unit reboots itself

Is there any chance that Garmin is working on a fix for this. I can upload a course, but it will not run on the Edge 25. As soon as you start the course the device reboots. Very frustrating as I am traveling and not having the ability to follow a preset course, I am having to stop frequently to figure out where I am at via Google maps.

OK, I have found that if I use Garmin Connect App on my IPad to load a route to the Edge 25, the route will not run, and the Edge 25 reboots when you try to run it. However, if I upload the same route from my IPhone, and the Garmin Connect App on it, the route (and Edge 25) will work fine. I am in Europe running routes that I have created through Garmin Connect on Google Chrome on my IPad. That works pretty good too. But just don't load the course to the device from the Garmin Connect App on IPad, only from the IPhone. Don't ask me why.... The IPad Garmin Connect App works just fine, however, to download my saved rides from the Edge 25, as does the Garmin Connect App on the IPhone.
