iOS app does not show any of my data

Just installed Garmin Connect Mobile from the Apple AppStore. Logged in, and nothing. None of my activities, courses, personal data, nothing is there. Am i missing something? Am i supposed to link it to my account in some way or authorize it from the web?

    When first launching, you should see the option to either "Create Account" or "Sign In" -- simply sign in with your Garmin Connect account username and password.

    It should then ask you for a device to connect. Select from available choices, and follow prompts based on how you want to use it (e.g. "Allow uploads" or not, etc).

    Note -- you will need to connect your device in the Garmin Connect Mobile App (not just with your phone).

    Once done you should see the options to set up the "dashboard" options, etc.

    After that, you should be good to go!
