Garmin recently replaced my faulty vivosmart with a vivosmart HR, and now a few days later, I am unable to start the connect app on my iphone 5 iOS8.4.1.
I'm not sure if it is a coincidence or not?
When I start the app, the little blue whirl spins on the screen for a bit, then either crashes back to the home screen, or takes so long my phone times out and goes back to standby.
I have deleted and re-installed the app, and it worked long enough to pair up the device again and sync once, but has again malfunctioned.
The vivosmart is still paired to my phone and receiving notifications from my phone, but reports no app connection.
Does anyone else have this issue - or know of a solution?
