Can viviosmart HR sync on two devices

I have an iPad and an iPhone. Both have the connect app. I set up my initial sync on my iPhone. Can I also sync to my iPad? I use both devices a lot and hope I can use both with one Viviosmart HR.

I tried to sync the iPad, it keeps saying device not found. My phone syncs just fine.

    It should work. However you might have a problem if both are nearby with BT on.

    If you turn off BT on the iphone, you should be able to connect to the iPad and vice-versa.

    You might find it a bit finicky as the VSHR will think it's still connected to the iPhone until the next time it checks the connection. Once it says it's disconnected from one device, you should be able to connect to the other.

    I should warn you though that it's going to take a bit of trial and error before you get a process working easily.

    Hi

    i have just purchased Vivoactive 4 and have same problem. Just changed over from Fitbit Charge 2 and I can view and update on both iPhone and iPad as they stay in sync without any probs. I would think Garmin would have sorted this issue out by now after 5 years.

    If they have please give me the simple process not a trial and error workaround as you suggest above.
