Since updating the connect app on my iPhone yesterday it immediately started have problems syncing. I had to manually sync by using the sync function on the Vivosmart hr. Now this morning it says it sync' but will not display any new data. Any suggestions?
I am also having syncing issues with the new version installed on my iPhone. It is crashing and draining the iPhone battery big time. I just back from a ride and have tried to sync and with it the only app (along with music which is not playing), the battery has drained 10% in 10 minutes.
I am not sure if it is due to the server problems or not but that drain is pretty scary.
