Insights timezones.

Your timezone system seems to be broken.

Notice the date, 29/01/2016. That's Friday's date. It's currently 11:15 Friday the 29th here in Sydney Australia.

The insight is congratulating me for more steps than usual on a Thursday. You do realise you sell these products globally don't you? Surely this is something that should have been right out of the gate? MASSIVE oversight. Please get it fixed.

I suspect that's why my weigh-ins are on the wrong date too. I have a Withings scale which syncs to Garmin Connect through MyFitnessPal. MFP and GC always show weigh-ins with the previous day's date. I suspect now it's due to the GC link screwing up the datestamp.

I have a similar problem to with Insight timezones. I'm based in GMT+8 and Insight is showing my timezone as I was sleep in the morning through afternoon. Back in March it is correct but after that it seems broke.
  • Same for me. Congratulated today again for an doing more floor climbing earlier in the day, but that’s only because it plots my usual floor climbing in the late afternoon ie wrong time zone. Have seen the same problem with steps insights more than once in the recent past
