Garmin Connect FR920XT Multisport/Triathlons won't show on mobile app IOS

Hi There,

I've had the Garmin for about a month now. Works well with connect for all of my training BUT when I have completed a triathlon/brick session it shows the title on my activity list but doesn't show any data . It just come up with a message asking me to refresh. Which I do multiple times to no avail.

I can see my data online via the web based connect. But I'd prefer to see it on my phone (Apple 6).

This has happened twice now. The original event is still not coming up.

Does anyone have ideas on how to get this working properly?

I'm having the same issue

I too have the same issue. At first I though it was a matter of a software update but nothing... I can see the activity in the web version of connect with no issues.

I'm also having the same issue with triathlon (multi sport), can see data on web but says "data for this activity could not be loaded. Pull to refresh." which doesn't fix it.. I too have a Apple iPhone 6. Is there a fix for this?

Same on Fenix 3 and GCM 3.3.0.8

I still can't view multisport activities on the latest iOS GCM version out today.

Unbelieveble. Still having the same problem. iPhone 6s. Just uninstalled and re installed again and I'm still cant see my activities. And it's not only for triathlon. Any multi sport activities. Any solution ?????

Same issue with mine too. Not too fussed as I usually don't look at the stuff on GCM or GC. Still, will be nice to see it fixed.

I reported this to the GCM support team via the contact support feature in the app, shortly after making my earlier post. They have got back to me asking for further details, which I have provided, so hopefully a fix will come with a future update to GCM. I wouldn't hold your breath though, as I suspect it will take a while to get any update through the Apple validation process (not sure how bad a speed bump that is, but I'm sure it's not instant).

Still not working in GCM 3.3.1.5

I've just updated to the latest version of GCM 3.3.1.5, released in the last few hours. Multisports activities are still not viewable in the app. I've also had another email from Garmin asking for a truly rediculous amount of information; they really don't make it easy to report a bug that's as obvious as this one.

Same also. Have a ticket open. Have pointed them to this thread to show its not an isolated incident and therefore should be easy to reproduce in house rather than us collecting that crazy amount of information which appears to just be a copy and paste exercise

Well at least I know it isn't me not synching correctly.
