anyone can advice me please, i trying to change setting on the Watchface that i load from Connect IQ, but when i hit Save button, it show message " Open outside Garmin Connect ?"
I haven't encountered that particular issue ... but I'm going to guess that the settings in the app are trying to open a URL that isn't inside the garmin app store, so the mobile app is trying to launch it using safari.
Got exactly the same problem.
The app is updated. In order to be sure of that I deleted the app and installed it again. Got the same problem again...:(
I have 2 IQ watchfaces on my VA. One of them can only be updated in Express and the other can only be updated in the Mobile app. When I try to do the opposite, it just doesn't work although it's supposed to.
Got the same message. With the UltraSlim face and also with a Garmin face from the IQ Store. Installed this morning the UltraSlim, worked perfectly but since this afternoon I get this message. Anyone can provide a solution? Thanks LE. iOS device
Yes, installed Garmin Express on my Mac and it worked. But now I have a weird issue with notifications icon shown on the watch face - it's the UltraSlim. I don't know where the face sees the notification count but it seems I cannot escape. Syncing with my phone does't help. Will wait until tomorrow to see maybe it'll go away. Anyway, weird issue with the Mobile Connect app.....
