VÍVOFIT 2 won't connect to iPad and iPod

I have paired my vívofit 2 with the app on my iPad but when I try to also connect to my iPod it says unable to pair device. Plz help
  • I wonder if there isn't interference from the iPad.
    Here's something to try.
    Try turning off bluetooth on the iPad so that you're sure it's not connected in any way and then try to pair to the iPod.
