Bluetooth connectivity With Apple iPad Air 2

I am currently connected via Bluetooth with Samsung Galaxy but also wanted to do Garmin Connect with my Apple iPad as well but can't. Has anyone else had this problem.

I think Garmin devices can only connect to a single mobile device. Once they are paired, they are locked to the device until unpaired.
