Step Details on iPhone 6 Plus

I have a VivoSmart and it sends data to the Connect app on my iPhone 6 Plus, using iOS 9.2
I see my data in the Snapshots, but when I tap on the Steps circle, it switches to the Step Details screen and I only see the spinning circle. It works on my iPad, but not on my iPhone! Any ideas?

I had the same issue with Fenix 3. Logging out and logging in solved the problem. Hope it helps.
