Can't sync my training plan to my forerunner 225

I can sync my activities from my forerunner 225 to Garmin connect (iOS). But I can't sync my training plan from my Garmin Connect to Forerunner 225. The error message is its no compatible for my Forerunner 225.
Another issue is that I can't download Garmin IQ app to my Forerunner 225. The message is same that it's no compatible for my forerunner 225

The fr 225 doesn't support Connect IQ.
