I downloaded the app update on 11/30/15, and had some trouble syncing yesterday but it worked a couple of times. So far, after multiple attempts today, I cannot get vivosmart to sync and no steps show up. I am connected and paired so that is not the problem. I get no error message, just the spinning "flower wheel" then nothing where I would usually get a blue or green line at the bottom that it was syncing or had synced. Advice appreciated.
Either you guy's are quick, or posting to this forum is like taking your car to the mechanic for a funny noise. Not 10 mintues after I posted this, I was able to get my vivosmart to sync with my phone. Either way - great news and thank you!
