Garmin Connect Integration with Nike+ or MapMyRun App

Hi,

I recently acquiried my vivofit and I use for running Nike+ and MapMyRun.
But the activities of this apps are not reflected in the activities of GarminConnect App in my Iphone.

How I can have an integration with this apps?

And a second question: How Nike+ Activities are registered automaticaly into Garmin Connect App? How I can Set up that?
