Network Connection Error

Have a vivoactive and for the last few days I get a Network Connection Error when I am trying to enter data or see historical data. What's wrong?

  • Others who have solved the same issue have done one of the following:


    • Log out of the app and then back in.
    • If that was not enough, delete the device and set it up again
    • If that is not enough, uninstall the app and reinstall it.


    Hopefully, you can get away with just # 1.
