My vivosmart is synced to my phone but keep getting message to sync and no new data is appearing
  • I'll ask the same question I would to anyone with just 1 post in the forum. Did you pair your vivosmart with the connect app or directly on your phone. It needs to be the connect app.

    When you sync, do you see a blue bar which then changes to a green succes bar?
