"Network Connection Error" all day 11/13/15

Is anyone else getting the "Network Connection Error" message at the top of their screen when in the app? The opening screen "My Day" is ok and the data appears ok, but then when swiping from right to left to see your activities the middle of the screen shows:

Some of your data could not be downloaded.
Pull to refresh.


Pulling down does nothing. If I touch the screen it shifts left then the error in red appears at the top "Network Connection Error". If I swipe to Cycling activities they will load, but only as recent at 11/7/15.

Anyone know whats going on?
  • Garmin Connect app will not load snapshots

    I'm getting the same error message now for the past two days. The data for the activities is syncing, but the snapshots are not working at this time. Any fixes?

    Same issue without network connect error after update

    Same issue. All snapshots not loading with message "Some of your data could not be downloaded. Pull to refresh." Pulling to refresh gives either Network connect error (prior to app update) or no response (after 11/12/15 update on IOS). Is Garmin aware of this issue. All Garmin Connect services except segments have working status.
  • Found a thread of the same topic. The remedy seems to be logging out of the app then logging back in. May need to re-sync your watch though. Good Luck!
  • I had to sign out then back into the app. Watch (920xt) and phone would not pair. I had to close the app (not sign out, just swipe it closed) then when I reopened it my watch and iPhone paired.

    Signing out and back in and re-pairing my watch did the trick. Thankyou.

    I logged out and now I can't seem to log in - keep getting 'Sign In Failed' issue. How do I fix this? Seems like a widespread issue, i created a dummy account and that worked!!
