Step Sync and Sleep Sync

I can't upload my Vivosmart HR data thru the app since last night. I am using iPhone 6s Plus. I went on to check Garmin server link and fount that step sync and sleep sync still down. Anyone know why it hasn't been fixed? Garmin got short handed of engineers to fix the problems happened more than 16hrs ago? I thought these 2 components are the most important for fitness devices. Any response/update?

It's finally working for me but, because of the backlog, there's a delay before the information appears. For steps, it was about a minute.
For sleep, it was maybe 3 minutes.

Still not working correctly. Step screen still show not sync since 30 days ago. Yesterday steps not update but today steps correct so far.

Mine isn't working either. I have to sync the old fashion way through Garmin Express on the mac, before anything appears on Garmin Connect (both app and web-version). I really hope Garmin will fix this asap!
