I use Garmin connect on iOS (iPhone 6) mainly with my edge 810. I tried to use it after few months break and found that I can't login because I am getting a message (Sign in Failed - Cannot Sign in. Try again Later). However I am able to login successfully to the web version of mobile connect.
I updated the edge 810 to the latest firmware with garmin express and cleared the download queue from the garmin connect (the web version) but it didn't help.
I created a new account and I was able to login to that one successfully on the same mobile phone.
I even tried it on an android phone and I can't login from there too.
Can you please advise what I can do else to resolve this issue?
