Vivofit sync failed

I keep getting a failure message when I try to sync with my phone. I have rebooted my iPhone but still can't sync with Garmin Connect. What else can I do? Or do I just have to wait (I've already been trying periodically over several hours)?

    Thanks for the responses. I'm new to Garmin fitness products and its good to know its not just happening down here in Australia.
