Vivofit sync failed

I keep getting a failure message when I try to sync with my phone. I have rebooted my iPhone but still can't sync with Garmin Connect. What else can I do? Or do I just have to wait (I've already been trying periodically over several hours)?

Help please
  • same problem with my vivofit since yesterday

    i did a hard reset of the vivofit and that did not help
  • Mine is working again now

    Not sure if the app is fixed, but I synced on my old phone fine and now it is working again fine on my iPhone 6

    Thanks PGStevenson. Mine appears to be working again today, so I guess it's just a temporary glitch. I appreciate the reply :)

    Not able to sync Vivofit to Nexus 5 post Marshmallow update 6.0

    I'm not able to sync Vivofit to Nexus 5 since I received Android Marshmallow 6.0 update.
    UI for Garmin connect app has been revamped, but what is the use, if you cannot connect and sync device to your phone.
    Its been more than 2 weeks & this is really frustrating.
    I've been syncing through my PC but sometimes I can see the data on my phone and sometime it is not visible.
    Quick update for Garmin Connect is needed to fix this problem.

    Garmin Connect failing to sync again

    Garmin Connect is again failing to sync my vivofit 2 to my phone despite resetting my hardware (and many hours periodically trying to sync). Can someone fix this problem please? I'm seriously over it and almost ready to jump ship and find a product that is actually reliable!

    The web site says its online, but I still can't sign into the app. (10:48 am CST)

    Looks like parts are still down.

    I would recommend waiting until all components show Online before trying to use the site.

    Everything up only Step Sync and Sleep Sync down..... IMO, This 2 are the most important and down. Just bought the Vivosmarst HR last saturday and happened twice. I have Fitbit Charge HR since it came out and nothing like this happen. Looking for the box and receipt.
