Sleep times and movements tracking

Few days ago my vivoactive stopped for some reason checking my sleep times automatically. Now I have to manually set times when I felt asleep and when woke up. But before that, vivoactive controlled all this by itself without my attention. I just opened garmin connect mobile app at the morning, synchronization went and sleep activity appeared in the statistics. Does anyone know why could this change and how to change this back?
  • There are a dozen threads on this subject. This is the latest update which I have pasted to the other threads.

I was the one to initiate the case at Garmin as I was having issues as of the 7th. I've been using a vivosmart and a vivofit since the issue began. The issue is Connect not the bands. Last night, my vivosmart gave me an auto-sleep graph that finally made sense. My vivofit doesn't show anything.

This is an update Garmin sent me last night.

Philip I have added the additional notes to your open case. Also the days that are not showing sleep is a new thing.
We have received multiple reports from customers who are missing sleep data. We are aware of the issue and we are working to resolve it as soon as we can. At this time the status pagehas been updated to reflect this issue.
