fenix 3 rebooting during GCM pairing iphone ios9

i had a problem, and I had to do a hard reset. After that, all time that a tried to pair the Fenix 3 with the iphone ios 9, the watch does a rebot after I digit the pair code at the phone.
Does anyone have the same problem?

My watch keeps rebooting while trying to connect to iPhone. This happened after IOS 9 installation. I had to block the pairing in order to stop the continuous reboot. Please Garmin do something soon!

I also have connection problems Fenix3 to iPhone 6 iOS9. At first Fenix3 kept rebooting until I turned off the BT. Then I "forgot" the Fenix3 on the iPhone, now I can't pair the two - (Fenix "ready to pair" - Does not show up on iPhone BT screen.) I pair with my iPad Mini and wont' upgrade to iOS9 until the problem is solved.

You have to pair via the Connect App, not via bluetooth settings.

So turn Bluetooth on (iphone)
Tell watch to pair.
Then via connect app (Iphone) you can connect watch

I had problems with my Fenix 3 rebooting randomly since I upgraded to iOS9 on my iPhone 6 plus.
I run the 4.70 software on my F3.
I did a factory/hard reset on my F3 and paired it again, had some truble with F3 rebooting - but managed to get past that.
But my F3 is still randomly rebooting...
Any suggestions?

Same problem here

I was able to stop the rebooting by turning off Smart Notifications. Reboots as soon as I turn it back on and it connects to phone. Likely has something to do with the bluetooth changes on IOS9 other apps have updated.

Same problem with iOS 9

I have the same problem. I use Fenix 3 with v4.70 firmware and paired to iPhone 6. After I update from iOS 8.4 to iOS 9, my Fenix 3 frequently restarted. I stop pairing my Fenix to my iPhone 6 and switch pairing to my Android Samsung Galaxy Note 5 for a while, waiting for Garmin Connect for iOS 9 get repaired. Please do something as soon as possible.

Same here, did a reset of the watch and now can not connect to phone (iPhone 6) each time it connects the fenix turns off !!!

Fenix3 reboots bluetooth ios9

I have same problem; Fenix 3, firmware 4.7, iPhone 6 plus 128GB, Garmin Connect Mobile 2.13.3
Tried without success:
- master reset of Fenix 3
- uninstall and resinstall GCM APP
- forget Bluetooth device and repeat pairing process
The watch always reboots after I enter the 6-digit pairing PIN

problem solved

marking all emails as read solved the issue of the watch crashing when pairing after the installation of iOS 9.
