My wife and I recently purchased a Vivofit, synched up OK, went for a walk together, at the end of the walk the Vivofit recorded different distances. Walked 5.5 kms, difference recorded 330mtrs. Why??:confused::confused:
Connect's device user settings defines stride length. If you both are using the default setting and she takes a different number of steps than you do for the walk, the distances will be different. You can set custom stride lengths, if you wish.
