Text message notification doesn't work

I have been reading threads about text and tried what I could find.
I changed my settings to preview texts but still nothing. I get my emails and can read them, voice mail notifications, ect.. but I get nothing for texts messages, no notification or vibration, nothing. I have them turned on and added text messages again just in case to jo avail. Any info would be helpful to try and resolve this. Thank you in advance,

I'm also having this problem. I don't get any notifications at all from my Edge 1000.
