We have received reports that upgrading to Version 2.13 is causing some Fenix 2 syncing issues. It appears to occur when the Fenix 2 was paired directly via the Bluetooth settings on the phone. To resolve the issue:
1. Remove the device pairing from the Bluetooth settings on the phone
2. Clear the app cache/data in your phone Settings
3. Re-pair the Fenix 2 within the application
Garmin Connect Mobile and the device team are currently investigating.
