Fenix2 and Garmin Connect Bluetooth sync failure

I can't seem to sync my Fenix2 with my Android phone running Garmin Connect 2.13.0.1. The sync starts but runs into error each time I sync. Anyone else with the same combination with better luck?

Come on Garmin, how about doing some basic testing so you don't release broken software, this has happened multiple times now!

Found an interim solution to this. Downloaded the previous version of Garmin Connect and solved the sync issue.
