syncing problem

I can't get my phone to sync. I turned on and off the phone, and I tried to turn on and off the Bluetooth, I tried to unpair and pair the Garmin, I tried to delete the program and reinstall it. I have always had trouble with syncing but one of these always worked. What can I do. I'm missing knowing the info.
Please help. Soon

    I updated my phone and it was fixed.

    Same for me. Used to work during the last few month without a problem.
    But until last week, no activity can be uploaded via BT anymore.

    I tried to hard reset the fenix2, reinstall the app, setup a new BT connection. No success.

    syncing problem

    Try to update your phone. That was the one thing that fixed my problems.

    Update phone

    Nothing left to update. Still cannot sync. I unpared and restarted both my phone and watch.

    Fenix 2 the same

    I have the same problem.

    What I tried:

    delete the pairing
    reinstall the app
    reset the fenix 2
    hard reset the fenix 2

    Nothing worked.

    Does anybody have an idea?

    Fenix 2 works again!!

    I've had the same troubles with my device since two weeks. Finally, today I've contacted with Garmin (support in Spain). I've (hard) reseted the watch and all sorted!!!
