I got a Samsung S4 mini with 2 SIM cards, I turned on the smart notifications for incoming and missed calls, but after testing them I can confirm the notifications are only triggered on a paired garmin epix when I get the calls on the first SIM line. when calls arrive on the second line, even if it is selected as the main active line on the phone, no call notifications arrive on the watch.

This is very clearly an issue with the OS on your phone For some reason, it's only passing on 1/2 the notifications it should.
