"bluetooth headset media volume automatically turn to minimal when device sleep such as when i press power button for turn screen off"

I use S6 edge with Fenix 3 and Plantronic Backbeat Fit(sometime Jabra Rox wireless)
Before i install Garmin connect mobile for android. My bluetooth headset work well.
After i install Garmin mobile connect and connect with Fenix 3. Problem will alway occured as above.

when i uninstall garmin mobile connect, my bluetooth headset work well and problem gone.

Please help.

I'm having the same problem. Before installing the Garmin Connect app, my music volume works perfectly on my Galaxy Note 5. However, after installing, the volume will automatically go to 0 or the minimum volume when I "sleep" the phone. It will do it even when I let the phone sleep by itself without pressing any buttons. It doesn't stop the music, but it just turns the volume all the way down!

Once I uninstall the app, the music apps and all other sounds work perfectly again.

Is there a fix to this?

I have tried all things that involve volume. Everything lowers when the phone sleeps. No battery saving program on right now!

Any other ideas?? I would love to be able to use the app.

Any updates on this? This basically renders my app unusable because now I can't use the same device to play music as I use to sync my wrist band....

Same problem here, with an Edge 820 and a Note3

It locks the media volume.
