Just received my vivoactive for my birthday & was trying to setup with my galaxy s5. Everything went pretty smooth & both phone & watch paired but now the only screen vivoactive displays is the language screen where it asks me to select the language aftee i do that it goes to pair with mobile device? I select yes & then it searches, & shows "paired" & then goes straight back to the language screen. The action button doesnt do anything neither does the menu button. What is wrong & who can help?
I don't have a vivoactive but there is one common element in the Connect Mobile. You pair to connect - not to your phone's bluetooth settings. If you did it with the phone, forget the device there and set it up in Connect.
