Vivosmart touch screen

I purchased my vivosmart shortly after Christmas. I have not had any issues until today. I can tap the time to show but can not swipe to change screens. It only shows the time.

Try putting it back in the clip and recharge to full. That does a soft reset. If that doesn't work, a call to support is probably the next step.
