Bluetooth Troubleshooting Notification from ***!

Since the latest Garmin Connect update on my Nexus 5, the app keeps emitting these annoying "Bluetooth Troubleshooting" notifications for no apparent reason, saying, "If your Android device is having trouble connecting", try these troubleshooting steps. They happen at all hours, it seems, even if my Garmin 810 is turned off and I finished a ride hours earlier. I rode this morning, for example, and used Live Track. Now, this evening, 12 hours later, I get back home and without touching the Connect app or my 810, the notifications start popping up continuously. I've tried deleting the app, deleting its data, and reinstalling, to no avail. Any suggestions? Is this a known issue? I'm gonna have to go into my Android settings and block all notification from the Connect app.
